Function
Juxin Machinery Sand&Gravel Production Line Equipment is specially for instruction sand and stone. The equipment is with reliable performance, reasonable design, convenient operation, high working efficiency, etc. Sand&Gravel Production Line is the combination of Stone Production Line and Sand-making Production Line, so it's widely used in stone factory, mine, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy, chemical, etc. Its Production capacity is 50-500t/h, and the finished production can be combinating and grading as customers' need.
Basic flow
When the Sand&Gravel Production Line Equipment is on, Stone is conveyed by vibrating feeder evenly to the jaw crusher for coarse broken, and coarse materials are transported by belt conveyor to sand maker for further broken, then the fine grinding materials will be conveyed to vibrating screen for screening, those materials which achieved size requirements will be fed into the sand washing machine to clean, after cleaning the materials will be output by belt conveyor, these materials are called finished product. Other materials through vibrating screen return to sand making machine to reprocessed, Forming closed-circuit circulation many times. Finished product size can be combined and graded according to the needs of users. If you use dry production process, can be equipped with thick powder separator and dust removal equipment.

Technical feature
1 More convenient maintenance operation mode. Compared to other production line, stone production line equipment maintenance is simple, wearing parts are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, low loss, long life, and can bring considerable economic benefits to customers.
2 Full automatic operation process. Higher productivity, more optimized work efficiency, high degree of automation, large crushing ratio, high production efficiency and big processing capacity. The finished product is in cubic shape, with high compression intensity but low needle shape particles and no internal gap.

The stone making production line has been applied to stone crushing process like limestone, granite, basalt, cobble etc. The quality of the finished products reaches standard of GB14685-2001, it supplies fine aggregate for highway, railway, conservancy and concrete reinforcement.
Device Configuration
1 The feeding system
The system is sending materials to paragraphs crusher equipment and screening machine. According to the crushing screening process, the equipment which complete feed link are vibration feeder and other types of feeding equipment. In stone making production line, it is commonly used feeder equipment, feeder is responsible for the supply of stone.
2 Broken system
This system is the heart of the entire production line. Its job is broken various ore raw material into the require size of the finished product. A joint sand production line can be composed of multiple sets of crushers, these crushers have different performance, completing stone crushing work together.
3 Sieving conveyor system
The system is screening the ore stone by vibrating screen. In sand and gravel production line, sand and stone need to be separated. And graded gravel material needs to transport to the respective sites. Equipment used for this procedure is generally linear shaker or other screening equipment.
