Shaking Table

Function
Shaking Table usually consists of three major bed, chassis and transmission mechanism. As a re-election equipment, it’s widely used in sorting placer gold and other minerals, mainly for electing gold or coal. According to different density and particle size, dressing shaker will make the mineral particles move along different directions, and on the mine shaft, the mineral particles is fanning out along the diagonal, then it discharges along the edge of the bed. A long line of discharge can accurately produce various of products with different quality.

Features

1 The dressing shaker has the same effect as the ordinary support.

2 It does not need the cement to bury the foot bolt in advance, installs and uses quickly, is easy to disassemble, and easy to move. 

3 It especially suitable for in the surface uneven, not only the solid sand and the empty superficial work, but also suitable for work in the surface which is uneven, void, and not the solid sand.

Operating Principle 

The dressing shaker has a feeding box along the end of the table surface and next to the corner at the one side of the table box. A water tank is parallel to the feeding box. Both of them are made of organic glass and are used to add flushing water. The flushing water flows to the table surface through rotatable rhombus rubber brake block fixed at the bottom of tank, and change the position of the angle of the rhombus rubber brake block. The water flow and its direction can be adjusted. The feeding box is installed in the right corner of the table surface, hence called right feeding box.
