Linear Vibrating Screen

Linear vibrating screen is named for because the trajectory of the screen box does a directional linear motion. Because vibrator has two axes, it also called dual-axis vibrating screen. Linear vibrating screen is use for screening materials which the particle size is 0.074-5mm. The water content is less than 70%, non-sticky, dry powder material. Maximum feed size is not greater than 10mm. Linear vibrating screen is used widely in metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, fire proof, cement, ceramic, and grain industry, used to classify different levels of materials.

 

Linear vibrating screen uses double vibrating motors to drive, when the two motors synchronous reversely rotate, exciter forces eccentric block generates are undone in parallel with the direction of motor axis and united as one across the motor axis direction, so its movement trajectory is linear. There is an angle of inclination two motor anises relative to screen deck, under the influence of resultant force of exciter force and materials self weight, materials are thrower up to make salutatory and linear movement forward on the screen deck in order to screen and grade the materials .Applied in flowing line to achieve automatically operation.
